One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple Account registration is strictly prohibited. Upon Account closure, any verified funds remaining in the Wallet (net of any Bonus Funds, pending transactions or amounts subject to compliance holds) will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to applicable KYC clearance and a reasonable processing period.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not release you from obligations already incurred under these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered, as specified in the Platform's current licensing and registration documentation.
